a sewn History

Seven examples of adaptive reuse architecture are showcased through multiple sewn drawings of each. The drawings are accompanied by commentary on the politics and intervention strategies of each adaptation throughout time. The key elements of the architectural intervention are sewn in red, while the existing host elements are sewn in black.  The case studies chosen are listen below, in order of how they appear in the book:
